Evaluate all contracts currently in place at your facility, relating to biomedical service
Provide an exact figure allowing your facility to see what was spent within the last year
Demonstrate how much money, if any, can be saved if you should choose to go with DESCO (this figure also gives you a basis for comparision for all other vendor bids)
Pinpoint exactly what your facility needs for service
All information is done on premises and all calculations are the property of your facility
All information is kept confidential
Requirements:
A/P invoices for equipment service only (this will provide your facility with an accurate picture of what has been spent in the last year)
A desk and two chairs (this evaluation can be performed anywhere there is space, i.e. in a hallway area)
Your business is important to us, this is why we will contract a consultant to perform this evaluation. Please keep in mind that HMC is an unbiased and unaffiliated consultation service.
